Dear Prospective Applicant:

West Pasco Habitat for Humanity is a Christian housing ministry financed through private donations and utilizing volunteers. As an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, our purpose is to build homes for those families in need who would not otherwise be able to achieve the dream of home ownership and to eliminate substandard housing throughout the world. West Pasco HFH serves the Western half of Pasco County from the Pinellas County border on the south, the Hernando County border on the north and The Suncoast Parkway on the east.

To qualify for our program you must:
1) Must have a verifiable housing need

2) Must have lived in the West Pasco County service area for at least one year.

3) Must have a steady income that falls between 30% - 50% of the median income for this area. The median income for Pasco county is $54,400.

4) Must be willing to partner within the Habitat Community by performing 250 - 500 hours of "sweat equity".
